Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Lead to support the United States European Command (EUCOM) with technical, analytic, and implementation requirements. This OIE Lead will provide oversight over all contractor activities related to Operations in the Information Environment and ensure OIE products are integrated with other tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead support for EUCOM OIE programs by researching, analyzing, planning, coordinating, and assisting in the execution of Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) to include: Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Operations Security (OPSEC), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), and Military Deception (MILDEC) activities.
  • Support government efforts to synchronize and assess OIE across all programs in alignment with strategic goals and capabilities throughout the command.
  • Lead the ongoing execution of OIE programs including planning strategic communications; providing monitoring and assessment of public affairs; and conducting marketing and outreach through the Government’s Operational Influence Platform (OIP) program.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance required
  • 5+ years of experience working on projects and/or programs in support of analysis and production of OIE at a four-star command
  • Experience working in support of a Combatant Command (CCMD)
