Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistician for the MuTC (Muscatatuck Training Center) Cyber Program. The Senior Logistician plays a crucial role in the supply and logistics operations for the MuTC (Muscatatuck Training Center) Cyber Program. This position involves comprehensive management of supply operations in support of Army activities, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.

The Senior Logistician will ensure efficient and effective property accountability, including hand receipt procedures and inventories of Army property. With a focus on supporting technology-related programs, the role requires a deep understanding of Army supply management procedures and the application of relevant regulations and policies to maintain operational readiness and support

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of supply operations, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies. Take proactive actions to expedite the receipt of parts and research alternative sources for items.
  • Perform property accountability functions, ensuring accurate hand receipt procedures and inventories of all types of Army property.
  • Understand, research, analyze, interpret, and apply regulations, directives, and policies related to supply management.
  • Utilize FLMS/SAMS IE, LOGDAT, PBUSE, LIW, and ARSIDS supply management systems for effective logistics management.
  • Operate pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse fork trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Support technology-related programs in areas such as maintenance, engineering design & development, systems design and development, and systems integration.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Army supply programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in all functions of supply operation in support of an Army activity.
  • Experience in performing property accountability functions, including hand receipt procedures and inventories.
  • Highly desirable experience in supporting technology-related programs in maintenance, engineering design & development, and systems integration.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Army supply management procedures as outlined in DA Pam 710-2-1, DA Pam 710-2-2, and local SOPs.
  • Proficiency in using FLMS/SAMS IE, LOGDAT, PBUSE, LIW, and ARSIDS supply management systems.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and warehouse fork trucks (forklifts).
