Key Service Areas (KSAs)
Through the IDIQ, Barbaricum supports PEO Services’ focus on three imperatives—Stability, Agility, and Reach—that provide the command with professional services solutions. In a “Ways / Means / Ends” paradigm, these imperatives are “Ends,” where Stability centers on mission continuity, Agility manages the professional workforce in USSOCOM’s dynamic environment that evolves at the speed of SOF, and Reach manifests through applying the entire enterprise’s network and knowledge. In alignment with the paradigm, we remain committed to USSOCOM’s priorities to Compete and Win for the Nation; Preserve and Grow Readiness; Innovate for Future Threats; Advance Partnerships; and Strengthen our Force and Family.
