Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to participate in an ongoing effort to identify use-cases, user needs, and user operations and codify new user requirements associated with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) imagery process for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
 
This position is primarily required to be on-site, with some limited opportunities for telework.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of capturing and reporting user feedback to the Government and Program Office.
  • Support the Government's directed efforts to be able to work with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to define solutions that advance to dynamic mission requirement.
  • Document NGA systems and data outputs for development of key performance indicators.
  • Up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • 10+ years of experience working with or on various NGA and NSG workflow/TPED systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge in NGA and external customer processes and systems for capturing, vetting, prioritizing, and allocating requests for GEOINT data, services, and products
  • Experience with various NGA and IC systems and metadata associated with various production tasks
  • Experience in capturing and synthesizing user/customer feedback to inform requirement/backlog item definition; and demonstrated success in the design and operation of a complex interconnected system within a larger enterprise
  • Experience with the operation of a complex IT system in a cloud environment
  • Experience with modernization principles, containerization, and DevSecOps
