Barbaricum is a prime contractor on the Human Capital and Training Solution – Unrestricted Pool (HCaTS-U) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. With a $3.45 billion ceiling, this IDIQ offers a best-in-class contract for human capital solutions, and is designed to deliver comprehensive, streamlined, and customized solutions to complex requirements through 2031. HCaTS-U allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Orders must be placed by 2026.
