Barbaricum Hires Matt James to Advance Cyber / Intel Operations and Customer Solutions
TAMPA – November 1, 2024 – Barbaricum proudly announces the strategic hire of Matt James as the new Director of Cyber / Intel Operations, where he will drive innovation and enhance customer solutions within the rapidly evolving data analytics landscape.
Matt brings over two decades of experience in defense contracting, having served both in the United States Navy as a Cryptologist and in various leadership roles across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. His extensive background includes optimizing technology in operational environments, management on the DARPA PlanX project, and integrated cyber solutions at ManTech.
Matt is passionate about mentoring teams and solving mission-critical technical challenges. “For me, success is about creating win-win scenarios, where our customers achieve their objectives, and our team members develop their skills and technical capability,” Matt explained. “At Barbaricum, we prioritize the work we want to do and the people we want to work with.
