JOINT VENTURE: CINCINNATUS
Barbaricum and 640 Acres Join to Create Cincinnatus, LLC
WASHINGTON – January 18, 2022 – 640 Acres and Barbaricum created the Cincinnatus Joint Venture on the desire to deploy their collective experience and enable the Government to remain on the frontlines of professional services, technological modernization, and mission-focused solutions. The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses joined together to combine both companies’ exceptional capabilities in support of diverse customer missions.
Cincinnatus blends both 640 Acres and Barbaricum’s commitment to supporting the Government and expanding innovation that challenges the status quo. The joint venture is named after Cincinnatus, a Roman military leader who was called from his life as a farmer to lead the country and ensure its national security. Like the joint venture’s intent, many Roman military members would join together for a set period of time to accomplish their mission, then would return home once a mission was complete.

Cincinnatus is established as a mentor-protégé joint venture, where Barbaricum and 640 Acres will deliver a blend of services and technology that offer cutting-edge solutions to increasingly complex national security problems sets.
